Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Human Code Autopilot handles information when the channel owner connects the application to Google and YouTube.

In short

We use YouTube access only to operate the owner's channel. We do not sell Google user data.

1. Application purpose

Human Code Autopilot is a private, owner-operated content publishing application. It uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos and Shorts, set video metadata and thumbnails, and schedule publication on the Human Code YouTube channel.

2. Information accessed

When the owner authorizes the application, Google may provide an OAuth access token and refresh token. The application may access the minimum YouTube account and channel information required to perform authorized publishing actions. It does not request the owner's Google password.

3. How information is used

Google and YouTube authorization data is used solely to authenticate the owner and complete actions the owner configured, including uploading media, applying titles and descriptions, setting thumbnails, and scheduling or managing those uploads.

4. Storage and security

Authorization credentials are stored in a restricted environment controlled by the application owner. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to prevent unauthorized access. Credentials are not placed in public source code or public content.

5. Sharing and sale of data

Human Code Autopilot does not sell, rent, or use Google user data for advertising. Google user data is not shared with unrelated third parties. Processing providers may handle limited data only when necessary to operate the owner's private publishing workflow and subject to their applicable terms.

6. Data retention and deletion

Authorization credentials are retained only while the owner chooses to keep the application connected. The owner may delete locally stored credentials or revoke access at any time. Operational logs may retain non-sensitive publishing status information for troubleshooting and duplicate-upload prevention.

7. Revoking access

The owner can revoke Human Code Autopilot's Google access from the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation prevents further authenticated YouTube actions until the owner authorizes the application again.

8. Google API Services

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Children's privacy

This owner-operated publishing application is not offered to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the application's data practices or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy may be directed to the Human Code channel owner through the official contact information listed in the application's Google OAuth consent screen.
